On 17 February 2024, China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) general manager Mr. Wu Yuhe attended the inauguration ceremony, held at Tung Chung East Promenade, of the Islands District Lunar New Year Lantern Carnival, an event under a five-month campaign of Day x Night Vibes at 18 Districts to stimulate local economy and celebrate unique characteristics of each district of the city. The carnival features lantern riddles, heritage market, Chinese arts and crafts workshop, traditional performances, games booth and other activities.

Mr. Wu was among a host of government officials including Ms. Alice Mak, Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs, and officiating guests to launch the carnival and extend New Year's greetings to the local neighbourhood.
