CPA Awarded Outstanding IP Service Team in China Again during 14th China IP International Annual Forum

On 27 January 2024, the 14th China IP International Annual Forum & 2024 Annual Conference of In-house IP Managers in China hosted by China Intellectual Property Magazine was held in Beijing.

The occasion featured an awards presentation ceremony to recognise outstanding individuals and teams in different IP areas in China over the past year. We are happy to share that China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) was awarded again the honour of Outstanding IP Service Team in China. CPA deputy general manager Mr. Hu Gang represented our firm to receive the award during the forum.

The award reflects an IP service team's integrated strength based on scoring in a number of indicators reflecting, among others, professional expertise, service capability, and research competence, as well as through research and survey about the candidates' team stableness, innovative capacities (in terms of service mission, management, and talent cultivation etc.), and social responsibility observance. Thanks to our clients' recognition of our comprehensive, efficient, and professional IP legal services, CPA has been consistent recipient of the honour of an outstanding IP service team in China.

This forum, under the theme of "Harmonious Coexistence and Forging Ahead", summarised and assessed the challenges and opportunities in the course of development of the Chinese IP industry through discussions in three main forums, namely, summit of China IP trends, China IP management forum, and IP judges forum, as well as two sub-forums that delved into judicial protection of data rights and hot issues in artificial intelligence-related IP respectively. The forum was participated by more than 400 representatives from IP administrative and judicial authorities, academic institutions, enterprises, and IP firms.
