CPA Deputy General Manager Named China Business Law Journal's A-List "Visionaries" Lawyer 

On 12 December 2023, China Business Law Journal, a world-renowned legal media, released The A-List 2023-24: Visionaries. China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) deputy general manager Mr. Hu Gang was on the "Visionaries" lawyer list in the practice area of intellectual property (IP) in China.

The Visionaries list acknowledges seasoned lawyers who hold key management positions in their firms and prominent public positions. The final list is the aggregate result of market nominations, candidates' own submitted supportive information, and independent research conducted by the editorial team of the journal. This year, the Visionaries for China practice included 100 lawyers practicing PRC law and 70 lawyers practicing in foreign law firms or overseas.

Mr. Hu has been deeply involved in the IP-related legal industry for nearly 30 years and is adept at IP-related legal consultation, dispute resolution, negotiation, mediation and arbitration, and infringement risk assessment. He has been recognised as an outstanding professional in the field of IP by various authoritative international media for many consecutive years, including being selected to the lists of "Leading Litigators" by Chambers and Partners, "Stars of Intellectual Property" by Managing IP, "Stars of Dispute Resolution" by Benchmark Litigation, and "1000 World's Leading Trademark Practitioners" by World Trademark Review (WTR) magazine.

In its eighth year, the A-List has been extended to better reflect the nature of the legal profession, and is now made up of three categories, namely, The Visionaries, The Growth Drivers, and the Rising Stars.
