Representative Cases(1) In 2003, represented a famous German automobile company in obtaining the first three-dimensional trademark registration protection for the shape of an automobile in China.
(2) In 2005, represented a German shoe company to win an important refusal review case, which became the first case in which the China Trademark Review and Adjudication Board formally considered and eventually accepted the consent system in a refusal review case.
(3) In 2006, represented a famous U.S. pharmaceutical company in the first case of three-dimensional trademark infringement litigation in China in the Beijing First Intermediate People's Court.
(4) In 2008, represented a German company to successfully apply for the registration of a collective trademark for geographical indications used in the 32nd class of goods, which was the first foreign geographical indications to be designated for protection in China through the extension of international registration.
(5) In 2014, representing a famous German automobile parts manufacturer to win a trademark dispute administrative litigation retrial case in the Supreme People's Court, which was selected as one of the 50 typical intellectual property cases of the Supreme Court in 2014, and selected as one of the "Annual Report on Intellectual Property Cases of the Supreme People's Court (2014)".
6) In 2014, represented a famous British jewelry company to win a trademark dispute administrative litigation retrial case in the Supreme People's Court, which was selected in the Annual Report on Intellectual Property Cases of the Supreme People's Court (2014).
(7) In 2014, representing a globally renowned chemical company to win the re-examination of an administrative dispute over trademark opposition review in the Supreme People's Court, which was awarded as a typical case of intellectual property rights by the Guangdong
Intellectual Property Protection Association in 2015.
8) In 2016, representing a famous U.S. automobile company to win a trademark invalidation case in the Supreme People's Court, which was awarded as the 2015-2016 Excellent Trademark Agency Case by the Chinese Trademark Association
9) In 2018, represented a globally recognized chemical company to win a trademark infringement case in Beijing Higher People's Court, obtaining the highest statutory damages and obtaining the protection of well-known trademark recognition, which was awarded as the Excellent Trademark Representation Case of China Trademark Association in 2017-2018.
(10) In 2019, represented a Dutch multinational company to win a trademark dispute administrative litigation retrial case in the Supreme People's Court, which was selected as one of the 50 typical intellectual property cases of the Supreme Court in 2019, and selected as one of the "Annual Report on Intellectual Property Cases of the Supreme People's Court (2019)".
11) In 2020, represented an Italian luxury brand company to win a trademark dispute administrative litigation case in Beijing Higher People's Court, which was awarded as the outstanding trademark agency case of China Trademark Association in 2019-2020.
(12) In 2020, represented a Japanese company in winning a trademark dispute administrative litigation retrial case in the Supreme People's Court, which was selected as one of the 50 typical intellectual property cases of the Supreme Court in 2020 and included in the Annual Report on Intellectual Property Cases of the Supreme People's Court (2020).
(13) In 2022, represented a Chinese film and game company in winning a trademark and anti-unfair competition litigation defense in the Tianhe District People's Court of Guangzhou City, rejecting all of the plaintiff's claims, including more than RMB 3 million in alleged infringement claims.
14) In 2023, represented a Chinese automobile company in winning a trademark and anti-unfair competition lawsuit in the Zhejiang Higher People's Court, rejecting all of the plaintiff's claims, including more than RMB 20 million in alleged infringement claims.
(15) In 2023, represented an Italian luxury goods company to win a trademark and anti-unfair competition lawsuit in the Dalian Intermediate People's Court, which ruled that the defendant should immediately stop infringing on its trademarks and pay RMB 1 million in infringement damages and reasonable expenses, among other claims.
