CPA Ranked MIP's Top Tier Firm for Both Patent Prosecution and Trademark Prosecution & 4 CPA Litigators Named Outstanding IP Practitioners
The Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine has recently released the results of its IP Stars 2023 rankings. China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) is glad to report that in this year's MIP rankings, our firm was again ranked a Tier 1 patent prosecution firm, and in the category of trademark prosecution, we were also recognised as a Tier 1 firm; furthermore, CPA was on MIP 's recommendation lists for both patent contentious and trademark contentious work.
The rankings were derived based on six months' telephone, e-mail, and face-to-face surveys of thousands of corporations and law firms as well as the magazine's independent researches into published data and information (such as those disclosed by the courts and IP offices), taking into account such factors as the candidates' caseload, work quality, professional proficiency, attorney team, client feedback, and market reputation.
