CPA Named Sole Winner of MIP's China Best Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year
On 5 July 2023, Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) hosted a gala dinner in Hong Kong announcing the results of MIP Asia-Pacific Awards 2023. China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) is very honoured to report that in this year's MIP Awards, it was again named the sole winner of China Best Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year.
The event was attended by close to a hundred private practice and in-house practitioners from countries and regions including Australia, China, Japan, South Korea, India, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. CPA general manager Mr. Wu Yuhe, together with colleagues from different departments, attended the ceremony and received on behalf of our firm the award, an honour which we have been conferred for the fifth year in a row.
The lists of the awardees were derived on the basis of MIP's rigorous, objective, and impartial analysis of information and views provided by thousands of in-house counsel and IP practitioners surveyed over a six-month period, as well as its independent research findings. CPA, as one of the earliest and largest full-range IP firms in China housing a strong team of high-calibre professionals, has been the awardee of best IP prosecution firm for the past five consecutive years, fully reflecting, and thanks to, peers and clients' recognition of our overall strength and outstanding performance in patent agency services.
The MIP Awards programme, a widely respected IP law firm annual awards event now in its 18th year, covers several IP practice areas for more than 50 jurisdictions.
