Representative Cases
In 2019, participated in the administrative disputes over refusal to review applications for biological gene technology drug invention of Dutch clients, which was included in the annual report of the Supreme People's Court (2019).
In 2021, represented Swedish clients in the administrative arbitration dispute case for specific strains of bacteria patent, which was selected as a typical case of administrative protection of intellectual property by CNIPA in 2021.
