Representative Cases
Represented a domestic LED lamp head manufacturer in several of a series of patent invalidation defense cases, and all the challenged patent rights were finally maintained completely valid; Defending a Chinese patent of an elevator giant against an invalidation request initiated by its opponent during the global invalidity and litigation disputes between the two, supporting the final global strategic reconciliation between the two parties;
Represented a client in an administrative lawsuit and obtained a winning judgment, revoking the reexamination decision No. 142793 made by the Patent Reexamination Board.
