-Represented a well-known Japanese steel company, successfully resisting repeated invalidation attacks by the invalidation petitioner against the same patent right, and helping the patentee maintain the validity of the patent right.
-Represented a Fortune 500 Japanese company in an invalid defense case, represented the client in court in the first instance, second instance and retrial, and successfully maintained the validity of the patent.
-Represented a Fortune 500 Japanese company in handling multiple invalid attack and infringement cases, and promoted both parties to reach a settlement on terms that were very favorable to the client;
-In multiple patent third-party observations, pre-application novelty search and analysis, rights validity analysis, and FTO cases, conduct comprehensive searches based on customer product characteristics and provide professional advice to help customers make business decisions and reduce the risk of patent infringement.
