Representative Cases
Represented a European-based medical device company (plaintiff) and handled jointly with our litigation team a series of patent infringement cases against competitors, obtaining successful outcomes. One of the cases demonstrates the effective protection of intellectual property rights through severe punishment of repetitive infringement. This case was selected and included in the annual report on the judicial protection of intellectual property rights of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court and was also selected by the Supreme People's Court as one of the typical technical intellectual property cases of the Chinese courts of the year.
