In 1995, she graduated from English Department, College of Foreign Language of Peking University with a bachelor's degree (BA), specialized in English language and literature.
In 1996, she graduated from Law School of Peking University with a bachelor's degree in law (BL), specialized in Intellectual Property Laws.


Work Experience
Joined China Patent Agent (HK) Ltd. in 1996.
In 2004, she applied for the position as deputy manager of Application Departent I of Beijing office of China Patent Agent (HK) Ltd..
In 2007, she applied for the position as manager of Application Departent II of Beijing office of China Patent Agent (HK) Ltd..
In 2009, she served as the manager of Application Department I and concurrently as the manager of Application Department II of Beijing office of China Patent Agent (HK) Ltd..
In 2022, she served as the Director of Shenzhen Office of C China Patent Agent (HK) Ltd..

Personal Achievements
In 2013, she participated in the research project of the China National Intellectual Property Administration named "Research on the Costs and Strategies of Chinese Applicants Obtaining Patent Protection Overseas", and served as a drafter and an important contributor in the project. In 2015, she participated in the "Survey on the Implementation of PCT-Sample Survey and Research on the Distribution of PCT User Industries and Fields in China" initiated by the Department of Treaty and Law of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, and served as the author and main writer. In 2016, she served as the associate editor of "Research on the Costs and Strategies of Chinese Applicants Obtaining Patent Protection Overseas" (Intellectual Property Press, 2017). In 2018, she joined the translation team in the "Case Law of the Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office (8th Edition)" (Intellectual Property Press, 2020, "13th Five-Year Plan" National Key Publication Publishing Project "Intellectual Property Classics Translation Series (5th Series)") and is responsible for the translation of several chapters and the final draft. In 2021, she is responsible for the translation project of "IP Strategies for Start-ups" (Intellectual Property Press, 2022).
