REDUCTION IN OFFICIAL FEES FOR THE REGISTERATION AND APPLICATION OF HONG KONG PATENT

TO ALL OUR ESTEEMED CLIENTS

This is to inform you that we have just been notified by the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department that all the government fees including filing fee, procedural fee and renewal fee will be reduced considerably and a new schedule will be effective as of May 7, 2004.

For your easy reference and kind attention, we herewith enclose a complete new schedule of official fees in USD contrasting with the old fees. Should you have any questions in this regard, please do not hesitate to contact us.
